Welcome to the Starbase
Starbase 36 is situated in the traditional area of combat for the three non-Federation races that exist in that sector. The races are; Meetaves, Xoanon and Mordee
It also is a location of regular ion and plasma storms. Hence the name of the base, Haven. A location for civilian, and Federation ships to go when either the regular battles break out or a storm sweeps through.
There are three ships attached to Haven. They are:
USS Indefatigable NCC-75120 Defiant Class
USS Rainmaker NCC-74916 Intrepid Class
USS Hesperus NCC- Nebula Class
